Powerstrike’s newest fitness concept is its most challenging.

Developed based on founder Ilaria Montagnani’s own training, Atletica takes a whole-body approach. Rather than working isolated muscles, Atletica students complete a series of complex movements that emphasize core strengthening and simultaneously engage multiple body parts.

Exercises are weight bearing and held for long periods of time—one-to-two minute sets—resulting in a demanding hour of calorie burning and muscle building.

Unlike traditional body sculpt classes, Atletica teaches both physical and mental stamina. Students are challenged to push themselves to the edge, resulting in visible improvements in strength, balance and endurance.
