POWERSTRIKE, FORZA & IMPACT
IN NYC

Hello Everyone,

Here are the new dates winter 2008 for Powerstrike, Forza and Impact certifications with trainings scheduled in New York City.

Please note that Powerstrike and Forza are an all day training on Friday with an additional two hours on Saturday afternoon scheduled to review techniques and choreography.

Instructors will receive manuals, various choreography notes and discounted music CDs as well as workout DVDs.

Ilaria Montagnani will be conducting all trainings with the support of certified trainers to help new instructors learn and progress in each program.

We are now offering additional choreography during our trainings for free, and music cds, DVDs and clothing at a special discount for instructors only.
